How to get money to us!
We require a deposit to confirm a reservation – no deposit, no confirmation! Your deposit can be paid though a bank transfer, Paypal (we will send you an invoice) or LBC, please ask us for details. Or book through our online booking page.
For LGU’s and agencies using PhilGEPS, we are registered in the system under supplier ID 236630 and you will be able to pay directly.
Unfortunately we have to insist on a cancellation policy:
- More than 7 days before booking: full refund (less any fees needed to return a deposit) or no charge as appropriate
- 7 days to check-in date: first night charge (less any fees as above)
- No show: full booking charged
- deposit must be paid at least 7 days before your reservation date to confirm the booking
